Brandon Nimmo of the New York Mets in Major League Baseball (MLB) experienced a terrifying accident, fainting in his hotel bathroom.

According to AP News and other local media on the 2nd (Korean time), Nimmo fainted in the hotel bathroom early in the morning, injuring his head. As a result, Nimmo was unable to participate in the away game against the Washington Nationals at Nationals Park in Washington, D.C., that day.

According to the reports, Nimmo returned to his accommodation and fell asleep after an 11-inning battle against the Houston Astros the previous day (1st). He woke up feeling unwell and sat on the toilet in the bathroom but then lost consciousness. When he came to, he found himself bleeding from the head. Nimmo called the team to inform them of his condition.
